INOFOLIC PLUS caps is a dietary supplement containing myo-inositol, melatonin and folic acid useful for giving the necessary quota of both substances in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased bodily requirement. Melatonin helps to reduce the time to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.
